Experience Sharing Groups for Leaders

Leaders from one organization, most often from the same level in organizational structure (top, middle or line level managers) meet in series of structured and guided exchange of experience sessions (usually 1,5-4h long) in a psychologically safe environment that fosters openness, trust, and personal development.
Leaders in these sessions share and discuss personal experience, challenges and possible solutions that are not prescriptive in nature but rather aimed at providing insights. Goal of the service is to inspire leaders to look at the challenge from broader perspective, from different angles and to create mutual support and synergy searching the best solutions to those challenges.
